Vertical furnace Introduction:

This machine is dedicated to the SMT industry for product aging or curing , it has automatic access boards, high degree of automation.

It can connect directly with the belt conveyor system, automatic feeding, unloading, high degree of automation, save labor, can be connected to the machine before and after.

 

Small footprint, curing time is the same, vertical curing oven taking the space  would be over 3 times less than the normal curing ; instead of the traditional tunnel furnace and oven, storage-cycle break the traditional operation, space-saving

 

Long curing time, adjustable from 2-0.5 hours; online vertical curing oven continuous processing, eliminating fluctuations in feed and unloading when opening the door caused by the curing temperature, to ensure that products output temperature from the first to the end one are the same.

 

 

High production efficiency, The time of the input & output and heating & cooling will be less than the generally offline curing oven;

 

Microcomputer control, LCD screen display for easy menu interface man-machine dialogue

 

Industry-leading small loop heating mode, use the side heating, double air conveyor system, to ensure that no dead curing.

1. Structural Design

 

1. Frame: line body frame applies to the 50 X 5 0 X T2 square welding production,

   Girders applies to the 2cm cold plate bending .It’s convenient to transport,

   The feet height is adjustable with foot cups.

    

2. In side and outside Material: inner box with SUS304 # stainless steel plate, the outer

   box with SS41 # steel after high-temperature electrostatic powder coating rust,

   computer white color

    

3. Inside and outside the bladder completely isolated design, interior filled with fire-resistant

   fiber material to prevent gall bladder out heat transfer, when 200 ℃ normal operation, the furnace surface temperature does not exceed 30 ℃, using the liner completely sealed structure, surrounded by argon welding sealing process

 

 

1. furnace layout: PCB input and output of each end plate with 0.6m loading and unloading area; 0.6m cooling zone; Input and output of the end plate can be tear down

    

2. stable and reliable structure, with operation panel, inner with start, pause switch, on both sides of the front machine have emergency stop switches;
